Manuela Berchtold is the Jindabyne Campus Director with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.

With 18 years working in the fitness industry, Manuela has the skills and ability to work with just about anyone. With the ability to make you feel like you can do anything, Manuela will help you achieve all your goals and more. Manuela works with everyone, including fitness enthusiasts of all ages, from young children to more mature clients, elite athletes, injury rehabilitation, disabled athletes and many more.
She uses her knowledge and experience and is willing to share it with everyone. She runs a ‘Future Olympian’s Scholarship Program’ in which she raises money for young talented winter athletes from the Snowy Mountains area. She loves supporting and working with the athletes and seeing them get closer and closer to becoming Olympians one day.
She also works with the New South Wales Institute of Sport (NSWIS) Winter athletes as a Strength and Conditioning coach.
Manuela’s strength lies in her ability to relate to people and get them to feel comfortable about themselves and the fitness goals they have. She will go to great lengths to see everyone’s goals are met. Her enthusiasm and motivation will leave you wanting more.
Manuela’s passions and interests include skiing, living in beautiful Jindabyne, and helping people to feel as fit, healthy and happy as possible. One of Manuela’s favourite sayings is “In every day, there is a magic moment just waiting to be created”

- Instructor certification in Les Mills RPM, body pump, body balance and sh’bam
- Also teaches freestyle group exercise classes including step, circuit, fit ball, high energy, ab lab/core, boxing and boot camps
- Certified punchfit trainer in punchfit, punch pad and kick pad work
- Qualified Level 1 strength and conditioning coach
- Senior First Aid

- Diploma in Remedial Massage and Natural Therapies
- Two time winter Olympian
