About Mitch Hardy
Mitch Hardy entered the fitness industry in March of 2007, having completed his Certificate III and Certificate IV in fitness at a private institute. He also began his Bachelor of Sports Management at the University of Technology in July of the same year.
He started training his first Personal Training client in the January of 2008. A 13 year old boy, overweight, bullied at school and desperately in need of confidence began training twice a week. He is now 18, plays in the top rugby team at his school….. And he still trains with Mitch!
Mitch has had a number of success stories as a personal trainer with his most successful appearing on Channel 9’s “A Current Affair.” This client shed 90kg and kicked diabetes with Mitch’s guidance and training. He has coordinated training camps, managed sales for the club and participated in countless further accreditation courses.
