Meet your Alphington Mentoring Centre educator
Doug began as a Personal Trainer in 2008 at Fitness First. In 3 months he went from 0-45 sessions per week becoming one of the busiest trainers. 12 months later that had increased to 70 sessions per week and 4 trainers working under him. In 2012 Doug decided to make to the move to opening his own studio and Alterego opened its doors in 2013.
Doug specializes in rehabilitation training in which he rehabilitates pre and post-surgery clients back to full movement. He also has a keen interest in Capoerira, a Brazilian martial arts.
Doug believes Personal Trainers are the key to his business. They are helping the client in every way and need to be supported the most.
