Withdrawal Policy. 

Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (AIPT) aims to provide high-quality service at all levels of its operation, and is committed to providing an effective, timely and fair withdrawal procedure for all students. 

To withdraw from your course, you must advise our Student Services team in writing via email to student.services@aipt.edu.au. Verbal withdrawal requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances and all teams will ask that you submit your request via email using the contact details below. If you are requesting a refund of your tuition fees, please refer to ‘Refund of Course Fees’ within the Terms and Conditions for specific details.  

Withdrawal requests will be processed within five (5) days. Out-of-policy requests may require further investigation and you will be notified of the outcome within 20 business days. For further clarification on applicable timeframes, please see below:
