Hi, my name is Christian, and I work as a Personal Trainer Manager at Goodlife Springwood and Browns Plains.

I grew up in Mackay, Queensland and am now located in Brisbane. From a young age, I was interested in physical education and became heavily involved in sports, playing soccer and futsal in my youth.

What inspired you to get into the Fitness Industry?

I was working in the mines (and not enjoying it) when I decided to study online to become a personal trainer. I achieved my qualification through AIPT and moved back to Brisbane, excited to embark on my new career as a personal trainer.

What do you love about your job?

There’s so much about a career in fitness to love. Fitness completely changed my life and gave me purpose when I needed it. I love being able to share everything I have learned over the years with my clients to help them make similar changes in their own lives.

Why did you partner with AIPT?

The choice to partner with AIPT came down to my passion for education. I felt there was a lack of high-quality personal trainers entering the industry, and I wanted to change that. I’m an AIPT campus director and in my role, I have a vital influence on up-and-coming personal trainers. I can help provide them with the skills required to be successful and enter the fitness industry equipped to the best of their ability. It's highly rewarding to help others succeed and go on to experience the same joys in their careers as I’ve had with mine.
