Hi, I’m Wayne.

I have been in the fitness industry for fifteen great years. I now also work alongside AIPT as a Mentor for upcoming Personal Trainers. I grew up in regional Victoria and spent my younger days following and playing sports, especially basketball and tennis.

What inspired you to get into the Fitness Industry?

I completed an Engineering degree, though I didn’t enjoy it. Following that, I found a passion for helping people within their fitness journeys. Then studied and started my career.

My advice for those wanting to take the same career path is to get yourself a PT to experience what is expected when you become one yourself.

What do you love about your job?

I love recruiting new Personal Trainers and helping develop the next generation of PTs.

Why did you partner with AIPT?

I partnered with AIPT as the role of a Mentor fits well with the areas of my professional life that I find most fulfilling. They also have a campus at the Club. It’s a great and professional relationship.
