Brendan Mann Success Story

Student Success Story

Tell us a Bit About Yourself.

Hi, my name is Brendan, and I have always loved fitness and sport. I had tried nearly every sport I could and loved every minute of it. I have always had a passion for the Fitness Industry and wanted to share my love of fitness with others.

What Made you Decide to Pursue a Career in Fitness?

At the age of 14, I lost his father to cancer, and it changed my views on life and how important it is to stay healthy. I worked many jobs to raise the money for my course and studied day and night to get through my qualification as fast as possible.

The day I got the email to say I had passed my course, Sean Weir Fitness was advertising for a new Personal Trainer. I applied for the job and had an interview the next day. Sean gave me the opportunity of a lifetime to get me into the industry, and I cannot thank him enough. I now instruct 5 boot camps and 2 box fit classes a week and have many Personal Training clients.

What are your Plans for the Future?

I love helping people achieve their goals and seeing their transformations. We are a fitness family at Sean Weir Fitness, which makes me love my job even more. Now that I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I would love to continue helping people to reach their goals. I hope to be able to help people with rehabilitation and train elite athletes who are training for sporting competitions.

I am currently employed by Sean Weir Fitness and am looking to start my Diploma of Fitness with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers. I am so happy to be doing a job that I love and look forward to going to work every day.
