The Senior Management Team within AIPT is responding to the situation as it evolves and considering the impacts on our community and operations.
As announced by Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Chief Medical Officer Professor Brendan Murphy, effective from 12 pm Monday 23rd of March 2020, all gyms and indoor sporting venues will be temporarily closed until further notice.
Yes and we are working very closely with our industry partners and Fitness Australia to ensure we can support you during this time within your chosen industry. Your safety and wellbeing is our number one concern and we will continue to keep you well informed during this period.
Upon advice from ASQA and following the Government announcement, we are deferring your on-campus/practical components of your course until a later stage.
In the meantime you will be able to continue the theory (online) component, allowing you to progress within your course and taking the steps towards your chosen industries.
AIPT is closely monitoring the situation and working with our industry bodies and parties during this time.
We will continue to remain open and available for your learning and support during this period. Our dedicated team can assist you with maintaining connectedness and progression with your studies.
