• These Terms of Use apply to the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers gift vouchers (Voucher).

• These Terms of Use set out the terms of the agreement between the Voucher holder and the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers Pty Ltd RTO 32363 (we or AIPT).

• By requesting, purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and acknowledge you have read and understood the AIPT Privacy Policy.

• Vouchers are for single use and can only be redeemed in Australian Dollars (AUS) against our current price list.

• The Voucher can be used on the following courses^ only:

  • Complete Personal Training Course Campus Club delivery

  • Complete Personal Training Course 1-to-1 Flexible Mentor delivery

  • Complete Personal Training Course Mentor of Your Choice delivery

  • 10967NAT Diploma of Nutrition

• The voucher cannot be used against any other course offered by the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers or any related companies.

• This Voucher can only be used towards future course enrolments and cannot be applied to past course enrolments.

• You must provide the Voucher Number at the time of enquiry and enrolment or when contacting us about your Voucher.

• You are responsible for keeping your Voucher and Voucher Number secure and confidential. Any person quoting the Voucher Number can use the Voucher. We are not liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of disclosing your Voucher Number.

• The Voucher is valid for enrolments made within the expiry date listed on the Voucher. The Voucher will expire at midnight on the expiry date stated on the front of the Voucher and cannot be extended.

• The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts including but not limited to Industry discounts, referrals or AIPT staff discounts.

• You must enrol using your Voucher on or before the expiry date.

• No further discounts can be applied to this Voucher. Only one Voucher can be used per enrolment. The outstanding balance of the course enrolment must be paid at the time of the enrolment with a valid credit card. Alternatively, a credit agreement for a payment plan must be signed and approved at the time of the enrolment. Additional values cannot be added to existing Vouchers. Only one Voucher can be used per enrolment. All outstanding difference between the Voucher and the amount of the course must be paid at the time of booking with a valid credit card or a credit agreement for weekly payments must be signed and approved.

• Vouchers can be redeemed by citing your voucher number when enquiring via aipt.edu.au/industry/career-expo

• Enrolments that have been paid for using Vouchers are subject to our existing Terms and Conditions and Student Handbook which can be accessed on our website: www.aipt.edu.au.

• We will not replace lost or stolen Vouchers. You are liable for all transactions on your Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available at aipt.edu.au.

• These Terms of Use are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from your receipt or use of the Voucher is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

^The Complete Personal Training Course consists of the SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness + SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness. Please contact us for further details on the course structure.
