My name is Ashlee Branz. I am a mum of two and a personal trainer, nutrition coach and fitness franchise regional supervisor on the NSW Central Coast.
I specialised in Olympic Lifting, Yoga, Barre, Pre-Choreographed Group Fitness, Post Natal Exercise, Group Fitness Management, Behaviour Change Strategies and Exercise of Elderly Clients.
The people! Seeing people change, not just their physical fitness, but their entire lives. They gain increased confidence, a better quality of life, and create new friendships with like-minded people. I’ve never underestimated how important those connections are.
I love seeing how instantly exercise can turn someone’s day around, whether starting their day on the right foot or unwinding after a busy day. Seeing their energy completely change once those endorphins kick in or they hit a new PB, there’s nothing like it!
I am an AIPT graduate, and I loved the convenience of studying in my own time while still working a full-time job. I thought it was a great way to transition to a new career path.
Then, I started a partnership with AIPT because of the seamless structure of their syllabus. I love how AIPT sets students up to become knowledgeable trainers and provides them with the foundations to run a successful PT business.
“Just do it! Whether for yourself or for helping others. You will never not use the skills you gain from completing your course. It’s more than a career, it’s an entire lifestyle, and it’s something you can share with not just your clients, but your partner, kids and your entire community.”
