AIPT Refer & Earn Terms & Conditions

Referrals must meet these requirements and be approved by AIPT to be eligible to receive a GiftPay Flexi eGift Card. Special approval is required by AIPT for any referral payments that fall outside of these conditions.

A GiftPay e-Gift Card will be awarded to each staff member, employed by an Industry Approved Partner, that meet the terms below (excluding Campus Directors, Owners and their partners).

For Non-Industry Partners (ie, clubs that do not hold an approved agreement with AIPT), a $100 GiftPay e-Gift Card will be awarded based on the eligibility requirements below. To be eligible for any future referral payments, it is a requirement to sign up as an approved referral partner with AIPT.

Eligibility Criteria for Referral Payments and Student Discounts:

For Industry-Approved Partners:

• The denomination of the e-Gift Card incentive will be the amount stipulated in the Partner’s AIPT Industry Partner Agreement.

• The referred student discount will be the amount stipulated in the Partner’s AIPT Industry Partner Agreement.

• To be eligible, the referral must enrolment into AIPT’s Complete Personal Trainer^ Program and be referred through the official Refer and Earn landing page.

• The referrer must be employed by an Industry Approved Partner.

For Non-Industry Approved Partners:

• The denomination of the e-Gift Card incentive will be $100.

• The referred student discount will be $0.

• To be eligible, the referral must enrolment into any of AIPT’s Certificate III and Certificate IV Standalone Qualifications and be referred through the official Refer and Earn landing page.

Exclusions:

• Referrers are not eligible for any referral payments if:

• The student was an existing lead, previous student, or had enquired through the Refer & Earn landing page within 60 days of a previous enquiry.

• The student enrolled under industry, corporate, or staff pricing or was given additional discounts.

• The referral form is submitted after 3 months from the student’s PDOED (Payment Date Official Enrolment Date).

• The referrer is a Campus Director, Owner or their partner.

• A discount outside of the month’s approved amount cannot be applied to a referred course.

• Referrals cannot be applied to existing student upgrade enrolments.

• Referrals cannot be applied to leads generated from Seek campaigns.

• Referrals cannot be applied to Industry Staff discounted enrolments.

• Referrals are only to be paid for leads submitted through the approved Refer & Earn landing page.

Terms of Payment:

• Conditions surrounding the Refer & Earn discounts and eligibility are based on the Fee for service pricing for the relevant month.

• Payment will only be made after the student’s cooling off period, when the student is liable for the full course amount.

• Payments will be made via bank transfer until the 30 of April 2021.

• Payment will be made via a GiftPay Flexi eGift Card as of 1 May 2021.

• Industry Partner refers to all current employees of that business.

Special Note:

• AIPT reserves the right to make changes to the referral process and eligibility requirements at any stage.

• All conditions will be subject to higher authority closes if determined reasonable and flexible in supporting the business and industry relationship.
